Who we are

Fence Marketing (“Fence Marketing,” “we,” “us”) provides marketing services for fence contractors, including websites, advertising management, directory listings, call and lead tracking, and related software. This policy explains what information we collect through www.fencemarketing.com (the “Site”) and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request a call, start a checkout, or contact us, we collect what you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, city or market, and any notes about the services you’re interested in.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive confirmation of payment along with the contact details you entered at checkout. Stripe’s handling of your data is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring pages, and interactions with the Site and our ads.

How we use your information

• Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
• Process payments, set up your account, and deliver our websites, ads, and software services.
• Send service-related messages about your account, projects, or billing.
• With your consent, contact you by phone, text, and email about our services and offers. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Measure and improve the Site and our advertising.
• Prevent spam and abuse (for example, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to screen out bots).
• Comply with legal obligations.

SMS and mobile information

Some of our services involve text messaging — for example, texting a business phone number published on a participating business’s website or listings, or requesting contact by text. You opt in to these messages by initiating a text conversation or by providing your phone number and requesting text contact. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our advertising and build ad audiences. These tools set cookies and receive usage data such as the pages you view. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook ad settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only for the purposes described above:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloudflare — website hosting, security, and bot protection
• Twilio — telephone and text message delivery for our call and lead tracking services
• Google — analytics and advertising
• Meta — advertising measurement
• Email delivery providers — sending notifications and messages

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Your choices and rights

• Texts: reply STOP to any text from us to opt out; reply HELP for assistance.
• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Calls: tell us you’d like to stop receiving calls, or email contact@fencemarketing.com.
• Access, correction, deletion: email contact@fencemarketing.com to request a copy of your information, correct it, or have it deleted. We’ll respond as required by applicable law.

Depending on where you live (including Texas and California), you may have additional privacy rights under state law, such as the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion. We honor those requests through the contact methods above and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes — then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

The Site is for business customers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we’ll update this page and the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
