Program description

Fence Marketing (“Fence Marketing,” “we,” “us”) operates text messaging on its own behalf and on behalf of the fence contractors that use our marketing platform. Messages are conversational and customer-care in nature: when you text a business phone number published on a participating business’s website, listing, or advertising, your inquiry is delivered to that business and its replies are delivered back to you from the same number. We may also send service-related messages about your account or requests you have made. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

Consent and opt-in

You consent to receive messages by initiating a text conversation with a participating business’s published phone number, or by providing your phone number and requesting contact by text (for example, through a quote-request form). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies based on your conversation.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving further messages from that number. After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers.

Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
